These Terms of Service govern your use of shopsomo.com and purchases from Shopsomo. The store is operated by Suizhou Zhendi Trading Co., Ltd., an English translation of the company’s Chinese legal name. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website Use

Use the website for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. You must not interfere with the website’s operation or security, seek unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, engage in fraud, or infringe another person’s rights.

Products and Descriptions

Shopsomo offers mini greenhouses, greenhouses, raised garden beds, planters, and related gardening products. Materials, dimensions, covers, frames, panels, liners, included parts, and assembly requirements vary by product. Review the individual listing and supplied instructions before buying, assembling, anchoring, or using an item.

Photographs and descriptions are intended to help explain a product. Lighting, screen settings, and normal characteristics of materials may cause some variation in appearance. Nothing in these Terms limits rights arising from a defective, misdescribed, or nonconforming product.

Prices, Payments, and Orders

Product prices, available currencies, shipping charges, and taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment is completed. Payments are processed using the methods available at checkout. You must be authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Placing an order is a request to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, availability, and shipping eligibility. If an order cannot be fulfilled for a legitimate reason permitted by law, we may cancel it and provide any required refund. If a listing or pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the details or cancel the affected order where permitted by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For eligible standard shipping within the contiguous United States, orders with a merchandise subtotal below $79.00 USD have a $6.99 USD shipping fee; orders of $79.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days after payment confirmation, including processing.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy and applicable law. For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise.

We aim to initiate an approved refund within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Contact [email protected] before returning an item.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts before processing or dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after either has begun. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

Website text, images, designs, logos, and other protected content are owned by or lawfully used by Shopsomo or their respective rights holders. You may use the site’s content for personal shopping purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires authorization unless permitted by law.

Availability, Liability, and Applicable Law

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, although maintenance and technical interruptions can occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
