Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods. Processing time is included in the total estimated delivery time below.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping is available for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. The total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from successful payment confirmation, including processing and transit. Weekends and public holidays are excluded when calculating business days.

Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier operations, the destination, public holidays, customs procedures, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

For eligible standard shipping within the contiguous United States, a merchandise subtotal below $79.00 USD carries a $6.99 USD shipping fee. A merchandise subtotal of $79.00 USD or more qualifies for free standard shipping.

The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Unless a promotion states otherwise, free standard shipping applies only to eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote locations, and international destinations may have different rates or restrictions. Available options and any additional charges will be shown before the order is completed.

Destinations and Tracking

Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, and carrier service. Enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, contact customer service before ordering.

When tracking becomes available, we will send the information to the email address associated with your order. Carrier tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Packaging and Delivery Issues

Our collection includes greenhouses, mini greenhouses, raised beds, and planters made with different frames, covers, panels, wood, metal, plastic, and liners. We take reasonable care in selecting packaging appropriate to the products being shipped.

If a product or component arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, email [email protected] with your order number, a description, and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. We will assess the matter under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Delays and Missing Packages

If an order has not arrived within 15 business days after successful payment confirmation, contact us with your order number. We will review tracking information and assist with appropriate next steps. The 7–15 business-day window remains an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution under applicable law. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, check the delivery location and contact the carrier where appropriate; you may also ask us for assistance.

Addresses, Customs, and Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we will discuss available options. A reshipping charge may apply where permitted by law and disclosed before reshipment.

International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, those charges are separate from the product price and shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law. Customs processing may also affect delivery time.

For an order cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, a return may be requested under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
